Katybug's Return/Shipping Policy

RETURN POLICY:

We understand sometimes your item doesn't work and that is fine, we are here to help you with that. 

Please read our return policy: 

-Items must be returned within 14 days of the date you receive your order shipped or in-store purchase date.
-Receipt or Invoice must be included with all returns.
-All items must be unworn with tags still attached. If the returned item(s) have stains, cigarette smoke, perfume, animal hair, or deodorant stains the return will not be accepted.
-When shipping the return item(s) back to us, you are responsible for the shipping cost. We are not responsible for lost packages when shipped back to us. Please ship the return to this address: Katybug's 142 West 4th Street     Suite E Winner, SD 57580.
-You will not be refunded the shipping cost on the returned item.
-We will only offer store credit on all returns. We will not give money back. We will offer credit once we receive the return if the item meets the refund policy.
- All SALE ITEMS are FINAL. Sale items are non returnable/refundable .
THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES IF IT DOESN'T MEET THE RETURN POLICY GUIDELINES!

SHIPPING POLICY: 

Katybug's  ships for a flat rate per order of $5.00 US Only. Orders are shipped from us within 2 days of purchase. All orders are shipped USPS priority or first class depending the weight of the order. 

All orders will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped. Katybug's is not responsible for lost or damaged orders once delivered to USPS. You will be responsible to contact USPS if tracking states it has been delivered. 

If your order is lost or stolen, we are not responsible for refunding or replacing your order/items.
